The way that we listen to music has changed over the last century. Technology has enabled the listener to enjoy music beyond the concert hall. Music is available everywhere and listeners enjoy music anywhere they can.
meta.stasis is a collection of music designed to be enjoyed by the listener inside their own acoustic space, either their home stereo, their car, their computer or portable music player.
The sounds of meta.stasis were all created inside the context of computer music programs on both Macintosh and Windows computers. Production software includes Propellerheads Reason, Apple Logic Pro, and Sibelius.
